Orders

All of our objects are individual and most of them are already used. As they are handmade, no two objects are the same and each of them has its own variations in colour, texture, shape and patterns. What you receive may not be the item you saw on the web site, therefore please get in touch in advance if you have specific requirements and we will assist you.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer 3-4 business days delivery within the UK mainland but the remote areas might take longer. We are also able to provide worldwide shipping which is to be quoted separately and please get in touch in advance for such requirements.

As each piece is unique, it is very difficult to apply one delivery & shipping service and policy to all and if we think an item requires extra care because of its age, size and/or material, we will suggest a different delivery or pick up options in advance.

Returns & refunds

We hope that this never happens but if you find your item damaged during the shipment please get in touch immediately (must be within 24 hours of delivery) and we will look for a solution.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. The item must be in the same condition and shipped back with a suitable packaging at your own expense, and we cannot be responsible if we don’t receive them.

Once the item is received back, we will make the full refund immediately, minus the original shipping cost.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

We hold the right to change the content and the Terms & Conditions on the site and you agree these by using the web ‘as is’.

All the content provided on the web site (images, objects & designs) is owned by us and cannot be downloaded and used anywhere else and in any form, unless you are given a written confirmation by us.
